  Conveniently located just north of downtown sparks, wells Fargo has built a beautiful location with friendly and experienced staff. One of the busier locations, so plan to wait a little longer

  Worst customer service. I gave them several opportunities until I finally spoke to a manager. I spent several months making a point not to go to this branch. Another branch (McCarran in Sparks) made a critical & embarrassing situation with a very wealthy prominent client of mine(accidently bouncing their check for insufficient funds, we had to go to his bank for verification of funds to show Wells Fargo). I decided to go back to the Pyramid branch and today I overheard the drive thru teller belittling & questioning a senior citizen. The same teller made it a point to tell me (3 times)due to recent account activity I would not have funds available for 3 days. I told her 3 times I did not need the funds and just needed to make the deposit. Over the last 2 years I have let a lot of poor customer service & etiquette slide on their part and still stayed with them. I was afraid of the time it would take to change business banks. After what happened today I went right over to a competitor and glad I did. I just expect to be treated with a little respect & dignity. March 6, 2014.
