  Allstate is an amazing insurance company! Their claims processing is top of the line, they are always there when you need them. Having a local agent is really nice, someone who knows the community and takes the time to get to know you and your family.

  Very professional and helpful. Reviewed our auto, homeowners, earthquake and umbrella insurance policies, and I walked out the door saving more than $1500 a year for EXACTLY THE SAME coverage! Always very helpful if I need them. They even have refreshments and snacks, which is a nice touch. l highly recommend them.

  Good insurance at a fair price. I have not had the unfortunate experience of needing to use insurance (thank goodness) so I can't comment on how claims are handled. The people are courteous and I get a real person on the phone quickly when I need to talk to them though.

  Allstate is wonderful. I've gone through accidents with them, Geico and Progressive. By far, I will always choose to be insured by Allstate because of these experiences. Having a specific agent to work with is always, so helpful! He remembers my name and knows who I am when I call. They also make communication SO easy. Not only can I call my agent, rather than an 800 number but I can email them, which really works better for me. I would recommend Allstate to anyone.
